L.A. River



Will the L.A. River become a greenbelt for the city or the site of river-front housing? Life & Times revisits the initiative to revitalize the 51-mile long river and talks to community members who seek to salvage what could be a potential natural hot-spot for future Angelenos. But after years of neglect, the project may be easier said than done.
