Back in 2000, would anyone have thought Mr. Gore would transform into the environmental juggernaut he is today? And man, the rate at which this guy pushes out relevant material is even making his former boss look a wee-bit lazy. The Nobel-winning politician is touring the circuit with Our Choice, a book in which he attempts to lay out all the policy hurdles environmentalists will face in the coming years (it's a long list, in case you don't know). Forty dollars might seem a little steep for an ex-Vice President, but, remember, you do receive a free copy of the book.

From Flavorpill: "Gore is touring with Our Choice: A Plan to Solve the Climate Crisis, a book that lays out environmental issues and then some: the ways lawmakers and business leaders can implement change and surprisingly, coming from a wonk, the psychological reasons many Americans are a bit flip about climate change."

$40 (includes a copy of Gore's new book)
