Wait. It's Fall already? Halloween next weekend? Gosh, it's time to break out the sweaters and run out a pumpkin patch, stat. And if you're looking for a true family time, there's nothing better than an event in Descanso Gardens entitled 'Pumpkin Roundup'. Lose the shorts, dress up the kids. It's getting cute. Fast.
From Descanso Gardens: "With a lush landscape where pumpkins peek around nearly every corner, Descanso's Pumpkin Roundup features costumes parades (10 and 11 a.m.) followed by sing-alongs, face painting and a pumpkin decorating station (purchase pumpkins for a small fee). On Saturday Oct. 24 only, take a pony ride through the magical Harvest Garden ($3 per ride)."
