Shaukat Aziz served as Prime Minister of Pakistan from 2004 to 2007. Finance minister from 1999 until 2004, Mr. Aziz was appointed Prime Minister in August 2004, following the resignation of Zafarullah Khan Jamali. When Mr. Aziz left his post in November 2007, he had become the first Prime Minister of Pakistan to complete a full term in office.
