Cocktail Recipe: Dark 'n' Hoppy

Why mess with a classic like a Dark & Stormy? Ask the bartenders of downtown L.A.'s Barrel Down, who have found a way to sneak in IPA into this concoction. They'll probably say because their Dark 'n' Hoppy is delicious. We have to agree.

Dark 'n' Hoppy
Makes one cocktail

1 ounce light rum
1 ounce lime juice
.25 ounce agave nectar
1.5 ounce IPA
dark rum
lime twist

Pour light rum, lime juice, agave nectar, and IPA into a rocks glass and gently stir.

Add a splash of dark rum and a lime twist to garnish.
