BBQ Tasting

Nearly 40 SCARFers met on Sunday, April 23, 2006 for a blind BBQ tasting. They tasted pork ribs from 10 places and brisket from 5 places. The participants studiously kept careful track of which meat was which and used Natalie's rating sheets to rate the entrants on:

They validated some ratings from earlier tastings, found some new favorites, and confirmed that the best ribs and best brisket don't necessarily come from the same establishment!
